Flow designers are not allowing to activate it

Hi,
I have deactivated some flow designers that are out of the box, I need to activate them back but those are not allowing me to activate them.
Can any one help on this how to activate them back.

please check whether one of the following support articles can help you
- Flow can not be activated (KB0860186)
- Flow cannot be activated (KB0965972)
- Flow will not activate (KB0958224)
- Flow is not activating (KB0859953)
- Unable to Activate Flow (even though the Flow says it was successfully activated) (KB0862393)
- Unable to activate flow but, the message is shown: Flow activated successfully (KB1001133)
