What to do to your sub-prod instances if you only receive a communication record for your prod?

Hello experts,


We have received a communication record for our PROD instance regarding 3DES deprecation. We didn't received any for our sub-prod instances but upon reviewing the content of the communication record, it seems that we also need to apply 3DES deprecation to our sub-prod instances to have all our instances aligned and since 3DES won't be supported in future release versions. But we are not entirely sure if this should be done since the communication record were only created for our PROD instance.
Did any of you encounter a similar issue to this? If so what did you do? Did you also apply the changes mentioned in the communication record to other sub-prod instances?

We also received this notification. But for us, only one email came for all the 3 instances we have.

So in the affected instance, all the 3 instance name were listed.

So I suppose you also need to do the same once your instances are on Vancouver.
