After the upgrade of Washington DC version, I am facing some CSS/style issue.
Same Theme working perfectly on previous version now any form border show different. Please check Screenshot.

We did submit case for SN support and finally it turned out that we were missing "The OOB Shape & Form style sheet" in our custom theme. I assume that for instance which does not have applied any custom theme this issue should not occurs.

Open m2m_theme_style.list
Create new record. In the Style field choose "Shape and Form". In the Theme field choose your custom theme. Submit.
