I have a process to compare a freshly cloned prod Utah and a freshly cloned Utah upgraded to Vancouver.
In our new Vancouver sandbox navigating to system definitions > Plugins does not give one the opportunity to review a list of just plugins, only by Applications. I tried sys_plugins.list, but it doesn't include all the necessary columns.

Hello @steveallain if you are looking for the classic list of plugins there is a link on the application list page see screenshot below.
Please share what column is missing from sys_plugins.list page
