How to set preferences for the timing of Upgrades/Fixes in the support portal

Is it possible for customers to set preferred timeslots for upgrades and fixes on the instances? 

So that they do not have to reschedule every upgrade?

There isn't. I would definitely upvote this in the Idea portal though.

Hi, Pls raise a Hi ticket then the product team schedule it and then change the timeline as you and the business expected.
