We have upgraded a clone of our PROD instance from Vancouver to Utah.
In the skipped records list (Upgrade Details) we found a number of records we reviewed previously when we upgraded from San Diego to Vancouver.
Is there any smart way to be able to lookup the comments we logged during that previous upgrade?
Is a "best method of operation" available for handling the skipped records during an upgrade to a new version?
