Hello Everyone!

I have a solution if the ones above did not work for you!

For me, it was an ‘INSTANCE’ issue.

When taking your OnDemand classes, you can not have two instances at once even if you are not actively using both at the same time, therefore one of them needs to be terminated according to the NowLearning Platform, however you can work around this. I was able to find my solution to this issue by enrolling in a different release of the Service Now Fundamentals class after so many failed attempts to get back into my original course.

Resoulution:

1. Enroll in any of the Administration Fundamentals courses that don’t give you the message: “This content cannot be enrolled in directly” . For me it was the ‘ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand [日本語]’ Yes, its in Japanese, but it gets the job done!

Linked here:

https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/servicenow-administration-fundamentals-on-demand...

2Once enrolled, you will receive a message in red at the top of the page that says you have two instances, therefore one of them needs to be terminated. (Refer to the attachments below to this what this looks like)

3. Instead of clicking the ‘Terminate Instance” link, click the link to ‘ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand link’. (This is important to remember so that you don't accidentally terminate the instance.)

4. After clicking this link, you will be able to access your course. The link should take you right to it… and just like that, I was able to complete the course and receive my voucher!

Hope this helps!!!!
