Im not able to change Vulnerability status to original state

Hi team,

 

In the vulnerability table ,sn_vul_vulnerability I received a request to update 3 vulnerability records. But due to a mistake while executing the script, more than 300 vulnerabilities were updated. How can I revert them back to their original state?
