Has anyone else noticed an issue in Xanadu where extending or reducing a Resource Plan disassociates existing actuals (expense lines) from the Cost Plan that is tied to the Resource Plan. We have found that an existing Resource Plan that had actuals to date was extended and in taking that action it no longer shows the Actuals.

Hi TCasper,
We're going through something similar, but not quite exactly the same. When the number of planned hours in a ressource allocation (requested_allocation) is modified, the parent resource plan gets cancelled and a new one is created in its place, but without any allocations. What's strange is that this only happens for some users, even though we have users with the same privileges for which it doesn't.
Have you found resolution with your problem?

Quick update: the issue is being fixed by ServiceNow. It appears to be a bug in the way the resource_aggregate_monthly table gets updated when your session is in a language where the decimal divider is not a period (French uses comma, i.e. 10,75 instead of 10.75). Apparently it's fixed in Xanadu Patch 7 and up.
I'm wondering TCasper if you also work in a non-English language. Switching the interface to English was a workaround that worked for us.
