Login issue to Zurich Version PDI

I can not login to Zurich version PDI, whenever I try to do it via passkey it is showing issue with Web Authentication, then if try with Authenticator app code then it is redirecting me back to login page again.

Hi @arnabbhaumik 

Sometimes PDIs don’t load fully and can cause issues. It’s better to release the current one and request a new instance, then try again.

Hi @arnabbhaumik ,

 

1. try clearing the browser cache.

2. try with new browser or try logging in incognito window

3. still having issues? try to reset your password in the https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

4. if still not resolved release and get a new pdi

Clear browser cache and also try log in from Incognito or InPrivate Window from your browser and try again.

 

If it does not work, release the PDI and get a new one.

Hi @arnabbhaumik ,

 

This may be due to cache so please your cache and try again.  This happened with me as well twice but after that it started working so try again.
