Hi all,

As ServiceNow is migrating from database to cloud encryption, How do I procure the "Data at Rest Encryption Transition" SKU (requires active Database Encryption entitlement) by December 31, 2024,

Please give a step by step process.

Thank You,

First you need to requested it through your account manager. See this KB for guidance on process:

From the above:

  1.  Do not attempt to submit this Cloud Encryption request until your ServiceNow Sales Team (Account Executive/Client Director or Solution Consultant) confirms correct entitlements for specialized hardware are available to fulfill your Cloud Encryption request.  It may take up to 60-days (worst-case scenario) from receiving an accepted order to having machines delivered and prepared to support existing instances.
***If Correct/Helpful please take time mark as Correct/Helpful. It is much appreciated.***
