Unable to see problem and change in the application navigator, what need to done to see problem and change application will be view on application anvigator

Hi @babji2 

 

  • Navigate to System Definition > Plugins
  • Search for the following plugins:
    • Problem Management: com.snc.problem
    • Change Management - Core: com.snc.change_management
  • Click on the plugin name and select Repair
  • Once the process completes, type cache.do into your left filter navigator and press Enter to clear the system cache
  • Log out, log back in, and your modules should appear in the Application Navigator.
