Unable to see problem and change in the application navigator, what need to done to see problem and change application will be view on application anvigator

If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, install the following application:

SOW ITSM Advanced Applications

Includes:

Change Management

Problem Management

Major Incident Management (MIM)

On-Call Scheduling

Walk-up Experience

Install App ID: sn_sow_itsm_adv_ct

Version: 9.1.1 or lower

This application enables the required Change Management and Problem Management capabilities in the PDI.

Hi @babji2 

1 : Repair Problem Management plugin (com.snc.problem)

                   AND Change Management in ServiceNow is Change Management - Core (com.snc.change_management)

                                   B. Clear instance cache using cache.do

Note: After repair, hopefully Application /module for Problem/change will be in place.

2:  If still the issue is not fixed,

(If it is your PDI) ,  You can create Application /module manually

If it is client instance - Raise a case with your Servicneow Vendor (Hi-Ticket)

3. (If it is your PDI) , and your issue is not resolved, Release the instance and Request for new 

   As There is no support available for PDI
