New PDI Instances

Yesterday (Jan 26th), I received my first email notification that S/N was replacing our current PDI instances in early February with new PDI instances because they were moving to a new data center with increased security. They stated we had until Feb 1st to back up our current instances if we wanted to use that data. My plan was to do that backup today (Jan 27th).

 

This morning I tried to log into my PDI only to find it was already gone. I had a great deal of work in that instance which I would obviously like to retrieve.

 

Does anyone know who I can contact at S/N to possibly gain temporary access to that instance so I can back that instance data up???

You are experiencing what many others do also. Unfortunately there's also no support for these free PDIs. So someone to contact? No one.

Sorry to hear this, and there is no support available on PDI. The only and best is as soon as get email take back up. One of my friend  lost PDI today and many more also like him.

 

Now best is wait till 1st Feb and get a new PDI.

if your instance has been reclaimed then you’re out of luck. There is no possibility to regain access.
