PDI Release by ServiceNow

I got this attached email from ServiceNow that they will be releasing or PDI in early February and we need to backup all data first and then request for new instance. What is this ? did everyone getting this email also ?

Hi @arnabbhaumik ,

 

Many of us (including myself) have received this mail. So the only recommendation is off courses do as said.

That is the problem. It is not possible for us to get all backup for last 7-8 years in less than 1 week. Don't know but they could have take the backup and just give us a new PD instead of automatically releasing everything. But not everyone is getting the mail. I guess the new PDI(maybe Utah or Vancouver)  is excluded.   @Brad Tilton @Chuck Tomasi is there any other way not to get half backup in haste?
