We are trying to upgrade from London to New York. On the doc, it says "If you are upgrading an instance that uses the Multi-SSO plugin for SAML, you should reference KB0756504 before you upgrade."
We followed the instruction and couldn't find MultiSSOv2_SAML2_custom for Single Sign-on script in Identify Providers.

Should the Multi-SSO upgrade be done pre-NY-upgrade (as document stated) or post-NY-Upgrade?
Will there be any issue if we upgrade to NY while still using MultiSSO_SAML2_Update1?

Hi,
Should the Multi-SSO upgrade be done pre-NY-upgrade (as document stated) or post-NY-Upgrade? Answer is post instance upgrade you have to upgrade the Multi SSO plugin.
Ideally you should upgrade to Custom to be in sync with ServiceNow.
Thanks,
Ashutosh

I'm running into issues with this now and we have been on New York for months. How are we supposed to know that we should have upgraded MultiSSO after New York? Is there some tech bulletin somewhere? It wasn't in the upgrade checklist. I could really use some guidance on this because if there is stuff like this that comes up in the future I would like to know BEFORE I book a maintenance window to perform some work, just to find out we aren't prepared.
