yesterday
Hello ServiceNow Community,
My Personal Developer Instance (PDI) has been unavailable since approximately October 14, 2026.
Instance details
Instance ID: dev453737
Release: Australia
Instance URL: https://dev453737.service-now.com/
Issue details
The Developer Portal displays: "Your PDI is temporarily unavailable due to infrastructure maintenance. It will be back online soon."
The instance status shows Offline.
Clicking Refresh briefly displays "Refreshing Instance..." and then returns to Offline.
Opening the instance URL returns HTTP 500 Internal Server Error with snow_adc.
This issue has prevented me from continuing my ServiceNow learning and Smart Travel Management project.
Could anyone confirm whether this is a known infrastructure issue and whether there is an estimated restoration time?
I would also appreciate guidance on how to recover my existing instance without losing my application data, tables, scripts, and customizations.
Thank you.

We have some clarification from the PDI team now. New software installations across the PDI server infrastructure have temporarily caused several instances to go offline. The affected PDIs will remain unavailable until the installations are complete. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!!!

Hi @NagarjunaBysani,
Thanks for the detailed report, and sorry for the trouble. We checked with the PDI team. New software installations across the PDI infrastructure have temporarily taken several PDIs offline, which is likely why your instance is showing as offline and returning the error. The affected instances will remain unavailable until the installations are complete.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
