PDI not waking up

My PDI (dev183528) will not wake.  I get  prompt to report it.

If it take more time, better to release this PDI. There is no support available for PDI.

Hi @Scott Nolan ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait, it should come online by itself after some time.
  2. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, by doing this all worked that is not backed up to git or by update sets will be lost.

@Scott Nolan If it doesn't wake up after repetitive attempts, chances are quite high that it will never wake up again. I recommend you releasing the current instance and apply for a new PDI instance.
