I could not open my instance it's showing as offline since yesterday, also it's showing that my instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance.

Hi @RittaS
PDI doesn't come with support, which means if it is offline or unavailable or reclaimed no one from the community can support it. You can either wait for more time or release your PDI and get a new one. For the future, take regular back of update set.

Then the instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Since it's a PDI, there is no support on these instances. You can only do 1 of 2 things: wait (hoping it will come back) or release it and request a new one.
