Hi
Unfortunately I am not able to create a PID. I am not able to get any support to find out why this is failing?? Any tips on how I can reset my account?
Kind regards
Erik (with a K)

Its PDI 🙂
Don't worry, it's normal these days. Try to get a lower instance, preferably Zurich or below, and then upgrade to the latest version. The upgrade typically takes 3–4 hours."

Hi @erikt360
Either wait for some time like 24-48 hours,
OR
Request for Zurich PDI instance and upgrade to Australia.
There is no support available for PDI.

Ahoy @erikt360,
could you possibly describe failing how?
To get your PDI, navigate to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance and request one.
Then please share any eventual errors or whatever behaviour you observe
