Report Risk event

we have a record producer as "Report Risk events" and the application scope is GRC - Advanced Risk. Recently we have updated the GRC - Advanced Plugin to current version. And noticed that this record producer was updated to active 'False'. We have updated the plugin few time in the past but never faced this issue. We are not sure why this Record producer was updated to active 'false' now but not in the past upgrades?

we can roll back to earlier version, in this case log a Now Support request.

Thanks for your suggestion.

We are also thinking to restore the earlier version, but want to understand the RCA on the issue, so that we can avoid in future for such similar cases.
