reviewed changes are no longer visible in Upgrade history table after decision was done for plugin ?

Hi Community members,

i was reviewing skipped changes after plugin installation upgrade. And while reviewing first time , i set the changes of some records to REVIEWED , whereas now I want to change the message to Reviewed and reverted for some cases.

But when I am again searching for the record in System Diagnotics --> Upgrade History . I can't find those skipped changes records or reviewed records.

Does anyone know where it could be found ?

You need to open the upgrade history record that were created when activating the plugin. There you will have the skipped changes of that specific update. And if you are specifically searching for the skipped changes, you will need to search in the sys_upgrade_history_log table.

Hi Mark,

As of now I am not able to see complete records in "sys_upgrade_history_log" table. Dont know why.

Is there any way I can track down that record from update set which I marked as REVIEWED and change it to REVIEWED and REVERTED and also make the changes of Revert of base system on that particular record?

Are you on the correct instance? All changes are kept in there, so you must have yours as well. Otherwise log a case with NowSupport, because there must be something really wrong with your instance.

Yeah some records are missing in that  ("sys_upgrade_history_log") table , which was been marked as Reviewed.

Anyways thanks for sharing your views . I will check with NowSupport and get back to you on this.
