RITM variables are not being saved in the Native View in ServiceNow.

In ServiceNow, RITM variables are not saving in the Native View. Where can we fetch these variables and update them in the RITM Flow, and how can this issue be fixed?

So you're saying if you click the Update button or Save this form then reload this record, the variable(s) will not be populated?

yes , click save button

I don't see a save button, but any error messages displayed on the screen?  Anything in the System Logs or browser console log?  Does the same thing happen on RITMs for other Catalog Items, and/or other/all variables?
