Scoped App Client - Not authorized to update this reocrd

I am getting this error when processing one of my skipped records but I don't see Scoped App Client as one of the application choices. Did anyone encounter this?

Hello!

In this property system stores checksum (hash) from last sync with SN store. Automatically calculated during apps installation or upgrade from store. Nothing you can do or should do with it. Safe to mark as "Reviewed".

About app. Search "Scoped App Client" in [sys_store_app] table for app's description: https://<your instance URL>/sys_store_app_list.do?sysparm_query=nameSTARTSWITHScoped%20App%20Client&sysparm_view=

Change your scope in order to update the record from Developer setting.
