Repair CORE Support Agents Metrics dashboard As a CORE supervisor, I want the CORE Support Agents Metrics dashboard restored after the ServiceNow update so that existing operational reporting is usable. Given the dashboard is opened by an authorized supervisor, when the page loads, then all expected widgets render without errors. Given dashboard data sources are valid, when a widget is selected, then drill-down opens the correct record list. Given the dashboard was affected by an update, when repaired, then changes are documented and update-safe where possible. I find some role that work but need to now which one will be the best fit

To restore your CORE Support Agents Metrics dashboard following a recent ServiceNow update, you must clear the instance's dashboard cache and verify that legacy reporting was successfully transitioned to the modernized Platform Analytics Migration Center .
