We are working on upgrading our instance from Tokyo to Vancouver, and discovered a behavior we are unhappy with, and were wondering if anyone else is seeing this and has a solution/override:
In the past, when clicking the 'service portal' link from the 'all' application tab in the backend, a new browser tab would be generated pointing to the service portal. Now, since upgrading our sub-production environments, this link no longer spawns a new portal tab, but instead, if a tab already exists with the portal loaded, it refreshes that tab to a blank portal tab - so if I was working on filling a form on a tab, but wanted another tab to do something else, now clicking the link in the appnav makes me lose my work on the 1st portal tab.
