As per integration guide or something, we add the manage access to service portal, then it shows the users its look good after clicks user and next it will goes to add access and remove access page, Now my requirements are
1. if user wants to add access then it shows the available access but it is not showing
2. if user wants to remove access then it shows the existing users but it is not showing so, now we have show the access based on the add access and remove access
