service_viewer role added when upgrading to NY

Hi,

Recently upgrade a customer instance to EA New York from Kingston. Noticed that service_viewer was added and restricted read on service_offering.

According to ServiceNow contact the service_viewer role is part of Service Owner Workspace. But we have not activated that plugin.

Anyone else experienced the same? Contacted Hi but haven't heard back yet.
