Hi,
I've seen on ServiceNow's YouTube channel that there's a new product, HealthScan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ts5IvdiRZqo), which looks very attractive, especially since we have a small window to carry out platform upgrades each year. Does anyone have any details on this, as this video seems to be the only source of information - there's nothing on HI, the Community or SN Docs.

Hi - Here is some information about HealthScan. This offering is not a new offering and the good news is that we have received many feedback that it is a great tool to help you scan instance health and also track your upgradeability.
A healthscan report is free. To obtain your report, you need to ask your Sales Consultant or Success Manager for the a copy of the report.

Does anyone know if we can request Health Scan for our PDI? I'd like to use it to practice upgrades before doing anything with company's SN.

Hi,
You can attempt to ask in the "Instance Help" section of the forums as that's where ServiceNow has employees monitoring posts for personal developer instances, but my best guess would be: sorry, no.
It's a free assessment you can obtain through HI for your company. You're not doing "anything" to the company's instances by requesting one and if anything you could request it on a sub-prod, but almost prod instance...like "Test".

Hi @meganphares,
In quebec release, We have similar application provided ootb called "Instance scan". as per now there is no documentation available.
But you can navigate to Instance scan through system navigator in your PDI. There you can find details about it.

no we cant raise request for Health scan request for PDI
