ServiceNow University Login Issue – MFA Email Missing

Hi

I’m trying to log in to ServiceNow University, but I’m not receiving the MFA code in my email inbox.

I’ve attempted to log in 4–5 times, and each time it displays the message: “MFA code sent to your email address”, but no email is received.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

Note: There are no issues with my email. I tested it by sending an email from another account, and it was received successfully.

Open the App and try to enter the code manually. [ I assume you installed and linked MS auth. app with Now Learning]

I think this a issue happening to everyone. Even I am facing the same issue, unable to receive authentication code on my email.
