ServiceNow University Login Issue – MFA Email Missing

Hi

I’m trying to log in to ServiceNow University, but I’m not receiving the MFA code in my email inbox.

I’ve attempted to log in 4–5 times, and each time it displays the message: “MFA code sent to your email address”, but no email is received.

 

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

Note: There are no issues with my email. I tested it by sending an email from another account, and it was received successfully.

Hi Atul,

 

Thanks for checking this.

 

Earlier, when I was trying to log in, the banners were not appearing.

It seems the issue was resolved later in the evening—the banner is now visible, and I’m able to log in successfully.

 

The MFA code is also being delivered to my inbox.

I doubt you will get RCA as this is SN issue and team fixed it. You can still wait and keep open up thread but my experience is different here mate.

Hey all. As noted the issue appears to be resolved now. There was an issue with our MFA provider that caused the latency in emails being sent. That has been corrected and MFA codes should be going out normally again.
