After the upgrade of the servicenow version, a reminder message appeared. How can I permanently turn off this message in this environment and no longer pop up this message.

You can refer to link shared by @Amit Pandey or if possible, click on pop up, and use the new subscription dashboard and then check, if you still getting popup or not
