Simulator Task 3 Failed: "Create and Comment on a Record" - Micro-Certification (Xanadu)

I am currently working on the Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu) course, and I am stuck on Assessment Simulator Task 3: Create and Comment on a Record.

The simulator keeps showing a "Failed" status even after I have completed all the steps.

Despite refreshing the learning portal page multiple times, the task validation does not pick up the completion and remains stuck on "Failed".

Could anyone please guide me if there is a specific field validation I might be missing, or if there is a known bug/workaround with this specific Xanadu simulator task?
