in my pdi when i am click the start building button to practice it its open in new tab for the developer but its take to much to open i like half hour or take so much time i am faceing this issue from serveral weeks currently my pdi version is zurich i am try to upgrade it but show the error message "Error upgrading to Australia" can anyone told me how to fix this issue when i am click the start building button its open the tab quickly i am also clear cache form my pdi https://devxxxxx.servicenow.com/cache.do but nothing happen the issue still
