Support view not supporting in Employee Center, was working fine in Service portal

We were using Support view in Service Portal and now that we are upgrading to Employee Center the support view filter does not work. Please see attached screenshot.

Hi @HamantT,

 

navigate to the [sp_page] table and check if the Public is true or false

@GlideFather It was set to false, I set it to true and tried again but it didn't work.

can you share how did you navigate in ESC portal to that view?
