Hello,
after upgrading our instance on Xanadu, we encountered our instance giving us multiple "There is a Javascript error in your browser console" messages. These messages were showing only to admins.
On checking the console, we found the error was likely related to SN Analytics functionality, and after disabling the "glide.analytics.enabled" property, the messages disappeared.
Assuming we want to keep using the analytics functionality, what would you suggest for troubleshooting this issue? Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards
Pavel

The property is related to User Experience Analytics, which is set on user level at the first login. I would log a case with NowSupport to ask about it. Maybe check all store apps if they are updated to the latest version.
You mentioned the portal, so it could also be due to other properties: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-now-intelligence/page/administer/user-exp-analytics/refere...
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

In my case, toggling Off the analytics helped my situation.
