Support view not supporting in Employee Center, was working fine in Service portal

We were using Support view in Service Portal and now that we are upgrading to Employee Center the support view filter does not work. Please see attached screenshot.

that page itself is not available in esc and sp

Seems it's a customized one so you need to understand the widget behind that and debug

How did you add it?

I am not able to find it in sp portal as well

Hi @HamantT 

It looks like a customer page, as it’s showing me a 404 error. Have you configured the properties and ensured that the page ID is correct?
