Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the CMP 2026 fee.

I would like to complete my certification upgrade, but I’m currently being asked to pay 100 USD for the CMP fee.

Last year, I don’t remember having to pay for this, so I was wondering if it’s now mandatory or if there is still a way to complete the upgrade without paying.

Do you have any idea or experience with this?

CMP is mandatory. The reason may be that last year you worked with a partner company, so they paid on your behalf, but this year you are an individual and need to pay yourself. Here is the FAQ—if you still have doubts, please log a learning case

If you are working for a ServiceNow partner and logging to now learning with your company email address then you are not supposed to pay

The company has to pay on your behalf.

better to check with your company's ServiceNow account representative.

it might be due to the version that you took that exam. Versions are upgraded twice a year
