I've been trying to upgrade my PDI from Utah to Vancouver (to match with my CSA class) for the past week, but each time my PDI drops back to the selection page. When I look at the View History page, I see "Error upgrading to Utah Patch 10b" (not Vancouver).
I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and if they were able to resolve it or if the recommended next step is to release the instance and grab a new Vancouver instance.
For what it's worth, when checking stat.do, I see my build information is still in Utah:
Build name: Utah
Build date: 05-09-2024_1007
Build tag: glide-utah-12-21-2022__patch10b-04-22-2024

Hi there,
Personally haven't experienced such.
Though in general, unfortunately, there is no support for Personal Developer Instances. So only things you can do:
- Try again
- Request a new PDI

After several tries, I was able to get my instance upgraded to Washington DC.

Hi @danielfetterman I cannot see better option than releasing current instance and get new fresh instance in latest release. Make sure to take backup of all the works you have done in PDI.

Sid
