Hello Everyone,
few hours back my PDI was working fine but after that it suddely said
"
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from dev337162.service-now.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more about this warning
"
i tried on different on device but still same isseus but i i can use PDI with my other id but not with this one.
Please let me know how to fix it the issues, i have a lot of data in my PDI and i don't want to loose that.
Please help what i need to or please let me know to reach servicenow for the help.

Hi @sundaram080713 ,
It is happening as ServieNow SSL certificate is expired so it is navigating you to http:// rather than https://. Many other people are affected by this and hope it will be fixed soon by ServiceNow.
Solution: - Open developer.servicenow.com in incognito mode and sign in and launch PDI. It will display error, but it will also display Advanced option towards footer. Click on it and on next screen click on "Procced <PDI URL> unsafe" link and you will be able to access your PDI.

Thanks for the update, but I wouldn’t recommend using 'http://'—it goes against the core principles of ServiceNow's main MSP model.

It is just a workaround not the permanenet solution. So work around can be used till the time permanent fix arrived from ServiceNow.

i tired that clicing on the unsafe url but instead of pdi it redirect me to https://www.servicenow.com what to i have tried on differnt browser pc chnaged my network but nothing is happening
