Hi @sundaram080713

Hopefully, it will get sorted automatically.
You might want to try again in the morning.

Hi @sundaram080713 ,

It is happening as ServieNow SSL certificate is expired so it is navigating you to http:// rather than https://. Many other people are affected by this and hope it will be fixed soon by ServiceNow.

Solution: - Open developer.servicenow.com in incognito mode and sign in and launch PDI. It will display error, but it will also display Advanced option towards footer. Click on it and on next screen click on "Procced <PDI URL> unsafe" link and you will be able to access your PDI.

Hi @Nikhil Bajaj9

Thanks for the update, but I wouldn’t recommend using 'http://'—it goes against the core principles of ServiceNow's main MSP model.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

It is just a workaround not the permanenet solution. So work around can be used till the time permanent fix arrived from ServiceNow.
