Where did the Relevance word go on the Knowledge Portal? It was there last week....

We upgraded to Washington last week - Patch 4 - everything was fine with Knowledge and now today the word "Relevance" is missing from the search area? I have Customer Support people who are not happy about this. What is going on????

Hi @Mary Arato,
If you are an admin, you can check the widget's instance to validate if the Hide Relevancy checkbox is selected:

Thanks James we are checking! The thing is Relevance was there, how would the box get checked? Unless we have gremlins in our system. Thank you for the reply, I'll let you know either way. Warm Regards, Mary

No worries, my guess is that the box was checked during one of the following scenarios:
- During the upgrade - it could be either an OOB change or someone reverted to the base system
- A change was applied to the widget
Anyway, hope that fixes it, cheers
