Hello @Jahnavi9459 ,
It is ServiceNow PDI’s default behavior. If you don’t wake up your PDI, it will go into hibernation. Sometimes there is a risk of the PDI being not accessible, so it is good practice to take a daily backup and at least try to wake up your PDI regularly.

ServiceNow Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) are free resources, and when they are not actively used (typically after 6-10 hours of inactivity), they go into a "sleeping" or hibernation mode to save system resources.
If you need to wake up Simply log in to the developer site and click the "Wake up" action in the menu.
Its the expected behavior.
