Hello, I have a scenario that:
- When we submit ANY request behalf of the client (user ABC from XYZ company for test) you will get the SCS created! And request will be linked to this SCS record (so if you open case on classic UI you will find Request in related list). This is default behaviour for Contacts and Accounts. That's fine.
- Unfortunately, out of the box we have lack of information about request when case is submitted. We need to fix this and include variables from request.
My question is there any out of the box widget in this configuration or we need to create our custom widget from scratch??
