Workflow Editor Submit Error in Vancouver Patch 2 Hot Fix 1

Hello All,

I am getting the following error in both my PDIs when trying to edit existing workflow or create new workflow.
This invariably means there is something wrong with the upgrade.
Any help would be much appreciated.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This issue is happening only in Chrome browser.

Well like I mentioned, if this is really a general upgrade issue, then a lot of other people would have mentioned this already. So far I've seen... only you mentioning this 🙂

So question is, what is different on your instance? Did you customize a lot or is it a brand new PDI? Or did the upgrade fail at a certain point? Etc..

Kind regards,

I have just requested a fresh new instance.

And then I try opening any OOTB workflow.

This is what I am getting.

If you want I can share with you my instance credentials.

Weird to hear. I'll try to request temporary a new PDI on my work account to see if the same happens their. If so, I think tough luck... since PDIs are unsupported.

If you would encounter this on a subproduction company instance, than you can create a ServiceNow Support case.

Just requested a new PDI on my work account, no issue there.
