Workflow Editor Submit Error in Vancouver Patch 2 Hot Fix 1

Hello All,

I am getting the following error in both my PDIs when trying to edit existing workflow or create new workflow.
This invariably means there is something wrong with the upgrade.
Any help would be much appreciated.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This issue is happening only in Chrome browser.

I am only using Chrome browser, no others.

If this would be an upgrade issue, then I would have expected a lot of people to mention this already. So that is not likely.
