The course is presented free of charge by the ServiceNow Experience Enablement team, and is designed to illustrate the value of including UX processes, people and methods in your ServiceNow implementations.  

 

This course is perfect for anyone (customer or partner) who does not currently include user experience professionals and methods as a part of their ServiceNow delivery process.
