Action and Action reason are empty in email attachment

Hi Team,

When the email is sent the attachment are not getting attach to target. Action and action reason are empty

Hi @Vasu ch ,

I didn't get much info, but if the attachment is of incorrect extension no action will be performed. Extension allowed are stored in some property.

Referring to action and action reason, there wont be an action reason if there is no action performed by system-->Vendor stated this,
