When creating a preapproved change (using change models) is there a way to sort the templates by alphabetical order? Or is there some type of grouping ability (such as using categories) so that the user is not presented with all the templates?
Thanks!

Hello @LoriC,
Yes, in many change management systems that use pre-approved change models, you can typically sort templates alphabetically or group them using categories to improve usability. Many systems offer an alphabetical sorting option (ascending or descending) by template name. Some systems also allow you to categorize templates, which can significantly reduce the number of templates visible at once when creating a change.
If this is helpful, please hit the thumbs up button and accept the correct solution by referring to this solution in future it will be helpful to them.
Thanks & Regards,
