Actions Taken Field issue on major incident management

When a Major Incident is Resolved, the "Actions Taken" field is shown and is used to add any comments/information into the ticket in Resolved state. This field however is not captured in the Activity Log of the Incident. Could you please suggest what was the exact issue on this.

Hi @ashok17 ,

 

Have verified from the filter activity? You have to add that field into activity, so that logs starts showing on the form under activities. If not please add from the configure fields. See below attachment.
