Add message as comment in Virtual agent

Hello,

i have a requirement , there is a decision field in Virtual agent which is --- would you like to add a comment and there are 2 choices yes/no if user dont select yes or no and type the comment instead of selection 2 choices then it should add as a comment, is anyone have idea how to do

If instead of selecting yes/ no  , end user type the comment then that should be consider as comment

I doubt this is feasible.

Did you try sending text and see if you can grab that?
